I personally go by the 80/20 rule: I make sure what I’m putting in my body 80% of the time is super clean, but 20% of what I consume is not always as nutritious.
I don’t like using the word “cheat meal” because that has negative connotations. Just because you treat yourself does not mean you’re “cheating!” You’re enjoying life and balance!

Not every work out will be perfect or intense, but going is better than not! Getting there is half the battle! Stay motivated and do something positive for somebody today ?

I used to have issues with the last one for sure. Meditation is something I added into my daily routine about a month ago and I am already seeing progress in focus and motivation. It is essential to take a moment and slow things down so your body and mind can get on the same page. If you are interested in meditation, but don't know where to get started, look up "Waking Up with Sam Harris." That is the one I use and its awesome.
My DM's are unmanageable at the moment and I am trying to catch up, but unfortunately am falling behind. Please be patient with me! Tipped DM's always get priority, but I am looking forward to connecting with everyone.

The glutes and hamstrings are the primary muscles worked, but deadlifts also strengthen your hips as well. Always make sure you keep your back straight and you lift from the legs, so you don't hurt yourself! Have a positive and productive Monday everyone!!
