Good morning! I want to share with you my long journey I have of course big changes due to the time difference but are finding beauty and joy in Thailand’s culture and natural surroundings. The country is indeed rich in vibrant traditions, stunning landscapes, and welcoming people. From the bustling markets with their aromatic street food to the serene temples and lush greenery, Thailand offers a feast for the senses. I continue to enjoy the unique charm that Thailand has to offer!
Koh Samui, a jewel in the Gulf of Thailand, is a place where nature’s beauty dances with the rhythm of life. The air is thick with humidity, wrapping around you like a warm embrace, carrying the scent of the ocean and the fragrance of tropical blooms.
As dusk falls, the island comes alive with a symphony of nature. The night pulses with the soft croaking of frogs and the occasional rustle of leaves as lizards scurry through the underbrush. The air is alive with the calls of nocturnal creatures, a soothing lullaby under the vast starlit sky.
At dawn, the island awakens to a different melody. Birds greet the rising sun with their songs, filling the air with sweet, melodious notes. The first light of day reveals the lush greenery of the hills, the palm trees swaying gently in the breeze, and the vibrant colors of tropical flowers, all drenched in the golden hue of morning.
Koh Samui is a paradise where the beauty of nature is ever-present, a place where every moment is a reminder of the island’s untamed and serene charm.
Of course today is the first day I got sick because of the amount of cold drinks that I drink of course 😅, it's hard to find just water - not cold! It seems to me that they add ice everywhere 😅, but when I order tea in hot weather, they ask me twice if I really want tea 😄! I like Thai food, I love all these aromas and their spicy food 😄, I even learned to understand that when you ask for non-spicy food, it means that it will be spicy, but they will not add a double portion of red pepper to the dish 😄!

Good morning! Yesterday I visited the zoo and I want to share my impressions with you! 😊
My trip to the zoo was simply enchanting, filled with amazing emotions and unforgettable views. As soon as I stepped through the gates, a wave of excitement swept over me and I was ready to explore.
I started my journey in the terrarium, where the world of lizards awaited me. The bright greenery and shimmering scales of the reptiles were mesmerizing. I watched the chameleon's eyes slowly move in different directions, which was very funny. Each lizard delighted me, with their cute paws and long tails, they were sitting amusingly on rocks and branches. The geckos and iguanas were especially charming, their eyes followed me, as if they were as curious about me as I was about them.
Then I headed to the aviary, a paradise filled with the songs and colors of birds from all over the world. I was mesmerized by the birds, their feathers were dazzlingly beautiful. The melodies of the birds created a serene delight for me. Watching the flamingos with their elegant poses and bright pink feathers was a real treat. The way they moved, it was almost as if they were dancing on the water.
Next on my list were the lion and tiger enclosures. These majestic animals were housed in huge, naturalistic habitats that allowed them to roam freely and find privacy when they wanted. I watched in awe as a lioness basked in the sun. The tigers were no less impressive, their manes creating a stunning contrast against the greenery. One tiger silently walked close to the viewing platform and simply collapsed to sleep, it was a funny moment.
All around the park, the natural beauty was breathtaking. Open spaces and carefully landscaped areas created a peaceful environment that made everything more enjoyable. I spent time watching the giraffes walk gracefully and the ostriches run around them.
As I continued my delightful journey through the zoo, I found myself drawn to the butterfly house. As I stepped inside, I was instantly immersed in a world of exquisite beauty. The air was warm and humid, filled with the gentle flutter of wings. Butterflies of every imaginable color danced around me, their delicate forms gliding effortlessly through the air. I stood still, mesmerized, as a stunning blue morpho butterfly landed on a nearby leaf, its wings shimmering with iridescent hues. The butterfly house was a peaceful sanctuary, a place where time seemed to stand still as I watched these exquisite insects flit from flower to flower.
As I left the butterfly house, I felt a sense of calm and serenity that continued as I walked toward the building with the sloths and bats. Sloths have always intrigued me with their slow, measured movements and seemingly perpetual state of relaxation. When I walked inside I had the opportunity to observe two sleeping sloths above my head. The calm expression on the sleeping sloth's face is very cute.
As I wandered around the zoo, I felt a deep connection with the natural world and an immense gratitude for the opportunity to see these incredible creatures up close. The visit was not just about observing animals, but also about appreciating the beauty and diversity of wildlife and the efforts being made to preserve it. It was a day filled with joy, wonder and a renewed respect for the animal kingdom.
