Tinnitus, a ringing or buzzing in the ears, can be caused by exposure to loud sounds and can be a symptom of hearing loss π±
Exposure to loud sounds can cause temporary OR permanent hearing loss. The louder the sound, the shorter the amount of time it takes for damage to occur! π
Repeated exposure to loud sounds can cause chronic, permanent damage to the hair cells in the inner ear!
The Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) recommends that people not be exposed to noise levels above 85 decibels (dB) for more than 8 hours per day! β±
Wear earplugs or noise-cancelling headphones to help protect your ears from loud sounds!! π§π«Άπ»

You maybe more likely to engage in binge drinking or other excessive alcohol consumption on this day.. This can be problematic for a number of reasons, such as increased risk of accidents or injuries, poor decision making, and potential harm to one's physical and mental health!
Generally, it is recommended that men limit their alcohol intake to no more than 2 drinks per day, and women to no more than 1 drink per day.
However, its advised to avoid alcohol consumption as much as possible for overall health!

If you work out on an empty stomach, your body will burn muscle tissue when you run out of energy and not stored body fat!!
Eating or drinking carbohydrates before exercise can improve workout performance and may allow you to work out for a longer time or at a higher intensity! ππΌββοΈπ¨
If you don't eat, you might feel sluggish or lightheaded when you exercise and we don't want that! π₯±β
