✨ Seated leg extension - it activates the glutes, but minimally. It's better to do lunges

✨ Sitting toe raises - only works the open leg, not the whole leg.

✨ Light weight leg presses - many people do too few steps for this to have any real results.

Remember: the key to results is proper technique and regularity 💪

✨ The most effective leg exercises:
✅ Squats (with or without a barbell) - exercises that help develop the quadriceps, glutes and thigh biceps.

✅Forward and backward lunges - ideal for symmetrical leg development and glute inclusion.

✅ Gluteal Bridge (with weights) - targets the glutes, and as a bonus, pumps the back of the thigh.
