

for the past 6 months or so, i have been sleeping with a few drops of lavender oil from Australia. and i swear it helps! i love ending the day on a positive notes like this, and focusing on the good in my life is a really nice way to close the last chapter of the day before falling asleep. I’m rly thankful and so blessed to have the opportunity to get an post graduate education thanks to all of you who support me on here. it’s almost 5 months since i started and part of me is still not believing what could come true (i have wanted to go back to school for a LONG time!) i also feel grateful for so many other things. good people i am surrounded with, safety and health... air. ahh 🌱🌿 also.... most importantly, this page is so blessed and literally is my favorite place on the internet where kind people send cute notes to me 🥰 THANK YOU ❤️ any specific things you have found to help create a peaceful environment to get the most out of your sleep at night? please share with me in the comments!
