

We’re almost through January 🤟🏻 How are you doing? How are you feeling? January made a quite entrance for me (with all those lockdown and situations, sometimes I could not keep on top!) BUT I’ve been making deliberate choices to get passed the “living day to day” feeling and get more out of my January. I’ve noticed a little virtual tiki trip 🌺 and taking a moment for myself 💆🏻♀️ really helped me (ooO, and the occasional trip to the city bakery ☀️ , hi hi hi!!!! 🚴) A few other is doing some yoga and meditation first thing in the morning (with the help of YouTube flow videos) 🧘🏻♀️ 🌈 and having hot cocoa with my friends, I’ve been using the powder from “Green Beans to Bars” in Nakameguro. It’s AMAZING. And putting on red lips on a cold gloomy day!!💋 Share below if there’s anything you do that help you enjoy the colder months. Xoxo
