My horse ended up with white line disease so I’ve been breaking my back trying to get that fixed for her. I cooked a new recipe for a whole chicken since where I am everyone bought all the meat except WHOLE birds and I cut the spine out (first time) and cooked it at 500 for 35 min then 10 min at 450. Honestly the most juicy chicken I’ve ever baked! I did oil on the bird, tucked its wings, broke the wishbone. I added some salt, pepper, lemon pepper, parsley, rosemary and then coated the top with butter so it could get CRISPY yummmm I’m so happy with it! Getting through messages, tip -any- amount to move tothe top. I wish I could make a spam folder for the bots on here they really fill up the messages and it’s frustrating 🙄 Hope y’all doing well comment or shoot me a message 🤙🏼
