The place full of forgotten secrets. Cobwebs hung like veils, dust swirled with each step, and the wooden floorboards creaked beneath her shoes. She pulled out her flashlight, sweeping its beam across faded wallpaper and broken furniture.

She froze. “Hello?” Her voice was steady, but her grip on the flashlight tightened.
Silence.
Then, a sudden crash from the next room. Velma swallowed hard and pushed open the door.
A figure stood in the shadows, its white mask gleaming in the dim light. Deep, black eye sockets stared back at her, void of life.
Ghostface.
Velma’s pulse pounded. She had unmasked dozens of "monsters" before, but this was different. This wasn’t just another crook in a rubber mask—there was a presence, a menace in the air.
